Returns, Exchange & Buyback Policy

Eligibility & Exceptions:

• Applies to all products except engraved, customised, or bespoke designs.
• You'll receive a 100% refund of the invoice value, provided the product passes our quality check.

What you need to return:

• The original certificate and invoice must be included.
• If the certificate is missing, a fee of ₹2,000 or ₹800 per carat (whichever is higher) will apply to replace it.

Condition of the product:

• Items that are worn, damaged, altered, or resized (by anyone other than Ethera) will not qualify for a return.
• Don't worry if the tag is removed — as long as the product meets the above conditions, your return is still valid.

How to return:

• In-store: Bring the item to any Ethera store.
• Online: Message us on WhatsApp at +91 63623 32266 and we'll arrange a reverse pickup.

Refund process:

• All returned products go through a thorough quality check.
• Once approved, your refund will be processed within 10–12 business days.
• Refund options include:
  • Credit Note for future purchases.
  • Bank Transfer (a cancelled cheque is required if your original payment was in cash).
  • Refund to your original payment method (for card, UPI, or online payments).

Value offered:

• We offer 100% of the prevailing gold and diamond rates for your product.
• If you received a discount on diamonds at the time of purchase, the exact amount of the discount will be deducted from the prevailing diamond value during exchange.

Requirements:

• Original invoice and certificate must be provided. Missing certificates will incur the replacement charge mentioned above.
• Products altered or resized by a third party are not eligible for exchange.

Where it applies:

Only for purchases made directly from Ethera stores or the official Ethera website.

How it works:

• After a successful quality check, we'll issue a credit note for the eligible amount.
• This credit note can be used to buy any other item from Ethera within 12 months.
• Please note: the credited amount cannot be converted to cash.
• A ₹1,000 processing fee applies for exchanges.

Value offered:

• 100% of the prevailing gold value.
• 80% of the prevailing diamond value.
• Any diamond discounts given during purchase will be deducted as an absolute amount from the prevailing diamond value.

Requirements:

• Product must be in acceptable condition (no excessive wear, damage, or third-party alterations).
• Original certificate required; missing certificate charges apply.

Process:

• After quality check approval, your refund will be processed within 15 business days via bank transfer.
• Refund options:
  • Credit Note for future purchases.
  • Bank Transfer (cancelled cheque required for cash payments).
  • Refund to your original payment method (for card, UPI, or online payments).
• A ₹1,000 processing fee applies.

What's covered:

• Repair or replacement in case of genuine manufacturing faults.
• Replacement of missing stones up to 50 cents if the loss is due to a manufacturing defect.

What's not covered:

• Normal wear and tear from daily use.
• Damage from mishandling, accidents, or improper care.
• Loss of stones, screws, or components due to external factors.
• Alterations or repairs done by anyone other than Ethera.
